Payment & delivery
Delivery is free for all orders over $100. Orders under $100 will be charged $15.
linkThe chances are that your order has already been shipped! You can check the status of your order at any time in your customer account under ‘Orders’.
Orders are generally shipped withing 48 hours during weekdays, provided that:
- The payment for the order has already been made, or payment by invoice has been selected.
- All of the products ordered are in stock in our warehouse.
Please allow additional order preparation time for orders placed over weekend and holidays.
We ask for your understanding should we be unable to ship your items immediately. There are alot of different stages involved in delivering your parcel, which unfortunately means that there is potential for delay.
At the time an order is prepared and ready, a notification will be sent to your provided email address. Once the parcel is collected by New Zealand Couriers, an additional courier email notification will be sent as well, with more information about shipment.

linkVoucher codes need to be entered in your shopping cart. Vouchers for the online shop can only be redeemed before the order process is completed. There can be no subsequent offsetting. Please note the terms and conditions of the voucher.
